2. Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?

  • End of Tenancy & Deep Cleaning: We provide all necessary cleaning detergents, but you’ll need to provide equipment like a mop, bucket, and vacuum cleaner.
  • Regular & One-Off Cleaning: Cleaning detergents can be provided for an additional fee, but you’ll need to supply the equipment.


3. How much do your services cost?

Prices vary based on the service and property size. For example:

  • End of Tenancy Cleaning: Starts at £180 for a studio flat.
  • Regular & One-Off Cleaning: Minimum 2 hours per session.

4. Is there a minimum booking requirement?

Yes:

  • Regular & One-Off Cleaning: Minimum of 2 hours per session.
  • Deep Cleaning: Minimum of 4 hours per session.

For larger properties, we recommend booking additional time or providing a priority list for the cleaner.


5. How do I make a booking?

You can book a service by:

  • Website: Using our online booking form.
  • Phone: Calling our customer service team.
  • Email: Sending us a message with your requirements.

We’ll confirm your booking and send you all the necessary details.


6. What areas do you cover?

We cover Zone 1 and 2 in London. If you live within the Congestion Charge or ULEZ zone, additional fees may apply.


7. Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can!

  • Rescheduling: Free if done at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations: Free if done 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.


8. Are your cleaners insured and vetted?

Absolutely! All our cleaners are:

  • Fully vetted and background-checked
  • Trained to deliver high-quality cleaning services
  • Covered by insurance for your peace of mind


9. What happens if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

We offer a 72-hour guarantee for our end of tenancy cleaning services. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 72 hours, and we’ll send a cleaner back to address any issues — free of charge.

For other services, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to resolve any concerns.


10. How do I pay for the service?

We accept:

  • Bank transfers
  • Cash
  • Debit/credit cards
  • Online payments through our website

Payment is typically required before or on the day in full of the service chosen before starting.


11. Are there any hidden fees?

No! We believe in transparent pricing. Any potential additional costs (like Congestion/ULEZ fees or extra cleaning hours) will be discussed with you upfront.


12. Do you offer discounts for regular clients?

Yes! We offer discounted rates for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning contracts. Contact us to discuss a custom plan that suits your needs.


13. What should I do before the cleaner arrives?

To help us deliver the best service:

  • Declutter the space so cleaners can access all areas.
  • Secure pets or notify us if pets will be present during the service before booking.
  • Provide cleaning equipment (if required for the service).
