Welcome to eSparkle & Clean Ltd! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services and website. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to eSparkle & Clean Ltd.
  • “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the person or entity booking or using our services.
  • “Services” refers to any cleaning services provided by eSparkle & Clean Ltd.

2. Services

We offer various cleaning services, including regular house cleaning, deep cleaning, and end-of-tenancy cleaning. Service details, pricing, and requirements are outlined on our website.

  • Minimum Booking:

    • Regular cleaning: 2 hours/session
    • One-off cleaning: 2 hours/session
    • Deep cleaning: 4 hours/session
  • Equipment & Detergents:

    • Clients must provide a bucket, mop, and vacuum cleaner.
    • Detergents can be supplied for an additional fee.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed once payment details are provided or a deposit is made (if applicable).
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of £20.00.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Additional fees may apply for properties within the Congestion Charge or ULEZ zones.
  • Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change.

5. Guarantee & Complaints

  • 72-Hour Guarantee: End-of-tenancy cleaning services include a 72-hour guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll return to re-clean the specified areas.
  • Complaints: Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We’ll investigate and respond promptly.

6. Liability & Insurance

  • We are insured for public liability and damages caused by our team.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items that are improperly secured.
  • Valuables and fragile items should be safely stored before cleaning.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide safe access to the property.
  • Ensure electricity and water are available.
  • Secure pets or notify us if pets will be present during the service before booking.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
